3. Next click on Connect. You must be connected to the internet before you attempt to do an update. Then follow the prompts to finish the update.
4. Now to run a scan on your computer just click on Start shown below. That will take you to the next screen. Click on Next to begin the scan. We recommend running a scan at least once a week, if not more often.
5. If it finds any spyware or adware it will look like the picture below. Just click on Next.
6. Now put a check mark in each box and click on Next. (Or you can Right click on the first object, then left click on Select All.) You must check the ones that you want it to remove. We usually remove them all.
7. This box will popup to confirm that you want to remove the items. Just click OK.
8. Now it will take you back to the begining of Adaware6. Just click the X in the upper right corner to close.
