Q. How Does E.S.P. work?
A. When you sign up for E.S.P. you purchase a block of our technical time and pay for it in advance. As you need technical support, the time is deducted from your funds. It never expires! If you don't need help for years, you still get that great level of help at a discount rate when you call.
Q. Isn't this just another service contract?
A. No. A service contract expires at the end of the contract time, usually a year. (If you needed no support or service you loose your money and spend more money to sign up again) E.S.P. is good for as long as you have funds on account!

A. Call, E-mail or Fax us - we will gladly send or fax you an E.S.P. contract packet detailing all the rates and savings.
